The next big step is to keep the smoking urge at bay; here is where e-liquid might come in handy. There are a lot of e-liquids to choose from. You can visit your local e-cigarette shop and ask for different varieties of juice. 

To know which e-liquid will satisfy your taste buds, you can ask to try different flavors. There are hundreds of flavor ranges for you to try; if you fancy a dessert-like taste, there are sweet flavors; if you are a fruit lover, you can choose from different fruity flavors; there are also menthol, coffee, and many more. 

You can also choose what level of nicotine you want to consume or whether to consume no nicotine at all. Take note that if you are quitting and trying out vaping as an alternative, it is best to vape with low-nicotine e-juice. Vaping high-nicotine juice may lead to nicotine dependence and other side effects associated with the substance.
